As I said earlier, I no longer write tech news or feature stories. All I do now is review consumer PC software and hardware for my column and blog, with occasional commentary on personal technology trends. I don't do announcements, business-to-business, cool Web sites or corporate news in my column.

You should also be aware that 99.9 percent of all my columns are self-generated. I almost never do columns based on ideas submitted by PR people.
